Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the International Panel Shop ("the Company") Referral Program, you ("the Referrer") agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Independent Contractor Status: The Referrer acts as an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. The Referrer is not entitled to any employment benefits and is responsible for their own expenses and tax obligations.

2. Referrer's Role: The Referrer's sole function is to identify and refer potential clients to the Company. The Referrer has no authority to provide quotes, negotiate pricing, or bind the Company to any agreement.

3. Commission Structure: The Referrer will earn a commission of 10% (ten percent) of the "Net Service Value" for each successful referral. "Net Service Value" is defined as the total charged for direct services performed by the Company (labour, prep, spray, etc.) and EXCLUDES the cost of parts, materials, consumables, third-party services, and VAT.

4. Payment: A commission is earned only after the client referred has made full and final payment to the Company. Payments to Referrers will be processed monthly upon receipt of a valid invoice from the Referrer.
